I was engaged by Urban Restaurant Group to document the essence of one of their renowned establishments, Swank & Swine. A farm-to-table fine dining experience that celebrates the local culinary heritage through a menu that highlights the region's bountiful flavors. Capturing the nuances of the restaurant was crucial in showcasing the culinary vision of head chef Alexander Sullivan-Parker, who places a strong emphasis on sourcing fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, and showcasing them in a creative and innovative way.
