Slow burn coMPANY - design, photographY & Art direction
I was the co-owner and one of the founders of Slow Burn Co, a custom motorcycle handlebar fabrication company based out of Fairview, Oregon. Our company specialized in creating unique and custom handlebars that were tailored to meet the individual needs of our customers. As a co-owner, designer, photographer, art director and fabricator, I played a multifaceted role in the company's operations, from creating the brand identity, to designing and developing the e-commerce site, creating social media content, as well as shooting and editing product and lifestyle photography.
One of the key features that set Slow Burn Co apart was that all products were cut, welded and powder coated in-house, this gave us the ability to have a direct control over the quality of our products and ensures that we deliver the best to our customers. I was also responsible for creating the company's visual identity, from designing the logo to creating a consistent aesthetic across all of our marketing materials. Additionally, I was in charge of creating and managing the company's social media accounts, which helped us to build a strong and loyal following from all over the globe. Despite our run being short, we were able to establish a reputation for creating high-quality custom parts, and we had a dedicated customer base who appreciated our craftsmanship and attention to detail.
